  • Venue walkthrough (if available)

  • Timeline tweaks

  • Final vendor communication/check-in

  • Rehearsal

  • Wedding day support

Month of Coordination

For the couple who’s planned the big pieces but wants support to bring it all together. I’ll step in 6 weeks before your wedding to finalize timelines, confirm vendor details, and manage last-minute logistics. This plan includes:

  • 5 pre-wedding meetings with the couple

  • Final venue walkthrough (if available)

  • Timeline creation, management, & distribution

  • Vendor communication and management

  • Rehearsal management

  • Wedding day support

  • Additional logistical support as needed
